The dark type of flour we use comes from selected Bulgarian wheat, whereas in the course of production a portion of the wheat grain husk, rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre, is ground.
The ash content of the flour – higher than the ash content of the white flour, serves as a prerequisite for the lower caloric content of our dark type of bread. This makes it a great choice for people concerned about their line.
